At The Same Time, Oslobygg Has An Ongoing And Significant Need For Tradesman Services Related To The Operation, Maintenance And Development Of The Companys Property Portfolio. It Is Therefore Necessary To Ensure Sufficient Capacity And Continuity In Service Delivery Until The Ordinary Framework Agreement Can Be Established. Against This Background, Oslobygg Is Carrying Out A Temporary Procurement Of Complex Tradesman Services. The Framework Agreement Will Cover Oslobyggs Temporary Needs And Will Include, Among Other Things, Service Assignments, Ongoing Maintenance And Larger Maintenance Projects Where There May Be A Need For Coordination Of Several Trades. The Framework Agreement Will Have A Duration Of 9 Months, With An Option For Oslobygg To Extend The Agreement By A Further 3 Months. The Maximum Total Agreement Period Is Thus 12 Months.
