The Separate Item Includes Independent Nomenclatures Of Medicinal Products Detailed In The Technical Specification;Separate Position 2 - Medicinal Products That Are Outside Of Those Under Appendix No. 2 Of The Positive Medicine List The Separate Position Includes Independent Nomenclature Of Medicinal Products Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Medicinal Products Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1. Receive Offers Are Opened In Public By The Commission Appointed By The Contracting Authority When Choosing Art. 103 And Art. 104 Of The Zop In The Cais Eop Through A Public Link Of The Public Procurement. Participants Who Have Not Decrypted Their Documents Within The Specified Period Are Removed From Participation On The Basis Of Art. 107, Item 5 Of The Civil Code.
