The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Supply Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Structural Units At Thrace University, Stara Zagora, For A Period Of 36 Months. According To Art. 39, Para. 1 Of The Energy Act (E), The Implementation Of Natural Gas Distribution And Supply Activities By Final Suppliers Are Subject To Licensing By The Commission For Energy And Water Regulation - Kevr. According To The Provisions Of Art. 43, Para. 2, Item 1 And Item 2A, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of Ze, Only One License For The Distribution And Supply Of Natural Gas From Final Suppliers Is Issued For A Single Territory. The Register Of Issued Licenses Shows The Following Decisions And Licenses For Overgaz Networks Jsc: License No. L-438-08 /30.03.2015 For The Activity Distribution Of Natural Gas In The Territory Of Stara Zagora Municipality; License No. L-438-12/30.03.2015 For The Activity Supply Of Natural Gas From An End Supplier In The Territory Of Stara Zagora Municipality. The Term Of Both Licenses Is 26 Years. The Contracting Authority Indicates The Individual Structural Units For Which The Supplies Are Intended: For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Medicine; Dipku-Stara Zagora And Ftt-Yambol. The Buildings Of The University Units Are Located On The Territory Of Stara Zagora Municipality And The Town Of Yambol. Separate Contracts For The Supply Of Natural Gas Will Be Concluded With The Relevant Structural Units For A Period Of 36 Months. The Estimated Amount Of Natural Gas For The Specified Period Is 8633 Mwh, Distributed As Follows: For The Faculty Of Medicine (Deans Office And Morphology Block) - 5542 Mwh; Dipku-Stara Zagora (Education Building And Dormitories) – 2412 Mwh And For Ftt-Yambol – 679 Mwh. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Eur 853,290.00 Excluding Vat, Distributed Among The Structural Units: For The Faculty Of Medicine – Eur 547,796.00 Excluding Vat; For Dipku-Stara Zagora – 238,429.00 Euros Without Vat; For Ftt-Yambol – Eur 67,065.00 Without Vat. The Financing Of The Order Is Carried Out With Funds From The Budgets Of The Specified Structural Units, Which Will Make The Payments To The Supplier. The Supply Of Natural Gas For Heating For The Needs Of The Structural Units Of Tru Should Be Carried Out No Later Than 01.01.2027.​​​​​​​
