The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Wood Pellets For The Needs Of The Kindergarten, Town Of Chepelare, For The Heating Season 2026/2027. The Order Is Awarded Through A Stock Exchange Transaction On The Sofia Stock Exchange, In Accordance With Art. 191, Para. 1, Item 6 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), As The Goods Are Included In The List Approved By Resolution No. 191 Of July 29, 2016 Of The Council Of Ministers. Pellets Are Delivered Periodically, At The Request Of The Contracting Party, In Quantities Consistent With Actual Heating Needs. They Must Meet The Quality Requirements According To The Technical Specification And Be Accompanied By A Quality Certificate. Delivery And Unloading Are Carried Out At The Contractors Expense In The Kindergartens Warehouse. The Contractor Is Determined Through A Stock Exchange Transaction On The Sofia Stock Exchange, Without Conducting An Award Procedure Under The Ppa. The Client Participates In Stock Trading Through A Licensed Stock Broker, To Whom He Submits An Order For Trading With Set Conditions: Type And Quantity Of Wood Pellets, Quality Requirements, Place And Term Of Delivery. The Deal Is Concluded With The Participant Who Offered The Most Favorable Trading Conditions, According To The Rules For The Operation Of The Sofia Stock Exchange. The Delivery Contract Is Concluded Under The Conditions Determined By The Exchange Transaction.
