Pavement Improvement Works And Services In The Old Town Of Bellver De Cerdanya.The Object Of The Contract Are The Renovation Works Of The Existing Pavements, Modernization Of Urban Service Networks And Adaptation Of Public Space To Current Needs, Of The Old Center Of Bellver De Cerdanya, Maintaining Consistency With The Own Characteristics Of Lentorn. The Planned Interventions Include The Renovation Of The Drinking Water Networks, Sanitation, Public Lighting, Electricity And Telecommunications, The Undergrounding Of The Aerial Installations, The Improvement Of The Drainage Systems, The Replacement Of The Pavements And The Adequacy Of Other Durbanization Elements That Are Affected By The Works. The Actions Contemplated In The Present Project Include, In General, The Interventions Following: • Renovation Of The Existing Pavements, With Replacement Of The Firms And Affected Finishes. • Demolition Of The Durbanization Elements Necessary For The Execution Of The Works. • Renovation And Expansion Of The Sanitation And Drinking Water Networks. • Formation Of New Underground Pipelines For Electricity, Telecommunications And Public Lighting Networks. • Burial Of Existing Aerial Installations, Provided It Is Technically Feasible. • Renovation Of Public Lighting And Its Associated Infrastructures. • Improvement Of Surface Drainage Through The Renovation Of Rainwater Collection And Evacuation Systems. • Adaptation Of Pedestrian Itineraries And Durbanization Elements To Improve Functionality And Accessibility. • Replenishment Of The Urban Elements Affected By The Execution Of The Works. • Restoration And Finishing Of All Areas Of Intervention, Leaving Them In Correct State Of Operation And Use.
