The Main Objective Of This Proposal Is The Purchase Of The Service Processing And Issuance Of Histological Reports Of Renal Biopsies, With The Purpose Of Ensuring The Continuity, Timeliness And Quality Of The Anatopathological Diagnosis Of Patients Beneficiaries Of The Public Health System, Who Require These Services For The Study, Diagnosis, Monitoring And Treatment Of Renal Pathologies, Including Those In Evaluation Prior To Kidney Transplant.The Purpose Of Contracting This Service Is To Strengthen The Institutional Diagnostic Capacity In The Face Of The Existing Gap Of Doctors Specializing In Pathological Anatomy With Experience In Renal Pathology, Reduce Diagnostic Response Times And Strengthen The Timely Initiation Of Medical And Surgical Treatments.Likewise, This Contract Seeks To Reverse The Progression Of Kidney Diseases Resulting From Delays In Diagnosis, Safeguard The Safety And Continuity Of Patient Care, And Contribute To Compliance With Ges And Non-Ges Guarantees When Applicable. Therefore, Given That The Hospital Does Not Have Professionals Trained To Carry Out This Type Of Services And Does Not Have The Necessary Equipment To Carry Them Out, It Is Necessary To Contract These Services At The Providers Premises, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, And According To Annex N°1.
