Taking Into Consideration The Obligation That Weighs On The Municipality, To Submit Its Purchasing Processes To Law 19,886 And Its Respective Regulations In Accordance With Article 66 Of The Organic Law Of Municipalities And Without Prejudice To The Provisions Of Paragraphs 4, 5 And 6 Of Article 8 Of The Organic Law Of Municipalities, The Need Arises To Draft These Bases For The Purposes Of Regulating The Bidding And Contracting Process Provided By The Intended Requirement.
