The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person To Provide Kinesiology And/Or Rehabilitation Services, With A Fixed Co-Payment For The User, For A Period Of 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of The Certificate Of Start Of Services. Its Purpose Is To Guarantee Access To Health For The Residents Of The Vitacura Commune Who Collectively Meet The Following Requirements:• Have A Public Or Private Health System (Fonasa B, C Or D Or Isapre).• Have A Socioeconomic Qualification In The Social Registry Of Households (Rsh) Of Up To 90%. (All Ages), Including People Registered In The National Disability Registry (Rnd). • Possess A Valid Mi Vita Card, Proving Residence In The Commune.Due To The Above, The Health Provider (Offerer) Must Be In Agreement With The Aforementioned Health Provisions (Fonasa And Isapre), In Accordance With What Is Indicated In The Technical Bases. The Benefits Object Of This Tender Are Directed To Residents Of The Vitacura Commune Who Copulatively Comply With All Of The Conditions Indicated In The Previous Paragraph.For This Call For Bids, These Ba, Bt, Administrative And Technical Annexes, Modifications And/Or Clarifications (If Applicable), Responses To Queries And The Contract, As Well As The Other Documents That Are Part Of This Tender, Will Govern.
