The Purpose Of This Public Tender Is The Contracting Of The Project Called “Concession Of Comprehensive Service For Collection And Transportation Of Household, Assimilatable And Bulky Waste From The Urban And Rural Sector Of The Commune Of Quellón”, Intended To Guarantee The Correct Execution, Continuity And Efficiency Of The Communal Cleaning Service, In Accordance With The Operational And Territorial Needs Of The Commune.The Service Will Include The Collection And Transportation Of Household Waste, Comparable Waste And Bulky Waste, Both In Urban And Rural Sectors, In Accordance With The Frequencies, Routes, Operating Conditions And Other Requirements Established In The Technical Bases Of This Tender.Likewise, The Service Considers The Use Of Vehicles, Equipment, Machinery, Metal Containers Or Similar Characteristics And Other Implements Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Contract, Including The Staffing Required To Ensure Efficient, Continuous And Timely Compliance With The Contractors Obligations.The Execution Of The Service Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Current Legal, Regulatory, Health, Environmental And Labor Regulations Applicable To The Matter, And The Contractor Must Adopt All Necessary Measures To Safeguard Operational Continuity, The Safety Of Workers, The Adequate Provision Of The Service And The Correct Management Of The Collected Waste.The Specific Operating Conditions, Technical Requirements, Frequencies, Routes, Minimum Equipment And Other Obligations Associated With The Service Will Be Regulated In The Technical Bases And Other Antecedents That Form An Integral Part Of This Public Tender.
