This Condition Is Not Applicable To The Minimum In-Person Staff Of Subitems 1.1 And 1.2,Whose Availability And Continuity Will Be Remunerated Monthly, After Accreditation Of Attendance And Compliance With Thecontractual Obligations.Services Will Be Made Available To The Entire Hospital, Regardless Of The Original Requesting Clinical Unit, According To Thehospital Requirements And, Provided That There Is Corresponding Validation From The Contract Administrator.Likewise, It Is Noted That This Bidding Process Will Be Carried Out Per Awarded Item, So Eachsupplier May Bid For The Item(S) Including All The Corresponding Sub-Items, So Abid For Incomplete Item Must Be Considered Technically Inadmissible. An Exception May Only Be Made In Thecase That None Of The Offers Present A Complete Item, Allowing The Offerer With The Greatest Quantity To Be Evaluatedof Items Addressed, And That, At The Same Time, Are Technically Admissible.
