Miscellaneous Construction Materials In Wood – Supplying Wood Products. We Are Looking For A Supplier Who Can Supply Us With Various Wood Products Through A Framework Agreement. Wood Products Include, For Example, Spruce Slats, Larch Planks And Plywood Sheets, Chipboard, Garden Wood, Etc. We Use These Products To Make Various End Products For Our Customers. The Price Sheet (Appendix 4) Describes The Range Of Wood Products To Be Supplied. These Materials Must Be Delivered On Demand And As Required At Our Location In Dokkum De Hogedijken 40. The Agreement Has An Initial Term Of Two Years. We Then Have The Option To Extend The Agreement Under The Same Conditions A Maximum Of Twice For A Period Of 12 Months. The Agreement Has A Total Estimated Value Of € 1,000,000 Excluding Vat, Calculated Over The Entire Term Including The Maximum Number Of Possible Extensions. This Estimate Serves As An Indication Of The Size And No Rights Can Be Derived From It.
