The Important Cultural-Historical Fortress Was Built In The 18Th Century As Part Of The Defense System Of The Gulf Of Finland. The Island And Its Historic Fortress Is A Popular Tourist Destination. The Object Of The Right Of Use Is The Provision Of Cafe-Restaurant Services To Be Produced In Svartholma As Part Of The Service Package According To The Agreement, Which Includes, In Addition To Cafe And Restaurant Services, Marketing And Joint Development Of The Svartholma Area, As Well As Maintenance Of The Museum And Exhibition Space. The Lease Applies To A Cafe-Restaurant Building With Terraces Located In Svartholma. The License Agreement Is Concluded For Four (4) Years, In Addition, The Agreement Has An Option For One (1) Year.
