Security Services – Framework Agreement Relating To The Cms-7 Multiservice Contract. This Consultation Concerns A Framework Agreement Aimed At The Overall Management Of A Set Of Service, Operation And Maintenance Services Necessary For The Functioning Of The Musée Du Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, Both In Its Day-To-Day Management And In The Management Of Events Linked To Its Activities. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Executing Both As A Fixed Price Share (Estimated At €47,543,335 Excluding Tax) And As A Purchase Order Share - With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 12,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over Its Entire Duration Of Execution. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Forty-Eight (48) Months From July 1, 2027 At The Earliest Or From Its Notification Date If This Occurs Later. In Application Of Article L.2112-2 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Execution Of The Framework Agreement Includes An Integration Clause Through Economic Activity. The Terms Of Implementation Of This Inclusion Clause Are Specified In The Consultation Documents.
