The Existing Contract For The Recycling Of Organic Waste Ends On December 31, 2027. From January 1, 2028, An Annual Recycling Capacity Of 27,000 Mg Will Be Available As Part Of The Intermunicipal Cooperation With The Lübeck Waste Disposal Companies (Ebl). The Amount Of Organic Waste Currently Generated From Organic Waste Collection Is Around 55,000 Mg Per Year. After Deducting The Amount To Be Covered By The Ebl, A Remaining Amount Of Around 28,000 Mg Per Year Remains To Be Tendered. The Subject Of This Tender Is Therefore The Acceptance, If Necessary The Transport And The Recycling Of This Remaining Amount Of Approx. 28,000 Mg Of Organic Waste Per Year. For The Performance Years 2028 And 2029, Recycling In A Process With Energy Use And Subsequent Material Use (Cascade Principle) Is Not Yet Mandatory (Transitional Regulation). Acceptance And Transport The Contractor Must In All Cases Ensure That The Contractual Organic Waste Is Accepted At A Collection Point. The Following Options Exist For This: - It Is Possible That The Organic Waste In Question Is Delivered By Awsh Or Its Commissioned Third Parties To A Collection Point Operated By The Contractor. - It Is Possible That The Organic Waste In Question Will Be Picked Up By The Contractor Or An Authorized Third Party At The Awsh Collection Point (Umschlag Lanken). Depending On The Contractors Logistics Design, Further Transport By The Contractor Is Also Conceivable For The Transport Of The Quantities: Depending On The Logistics Concept Offered By The Bidder, The Transport From The Awsh Acceptance Point In Lanken To The Contractors Recycling Plant(S) Can Optionally Be Carried Out By A Third Party Commissioned By Awsh.
