Turów Power Plant Branch, Including Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit In Relation To Construction Works Or Reporting The Performance Of Construction Works To The Competent Authority (Depending On Legal Requirements), Commissioning And Commissioning, As Well As Obtaining A Permit For Use Or Obtaining A Statement From The Competent Authority That It Does Not Raise Any Objections To Commencing Use (Depending On Legal Requirements), Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), And Proper Performance By The Contractor Of The Obligations Arising From The Quality Guarantee And Warranty Regarding Work During The Guarantee And Warranty Period, As Well As Granting The Ordering Party Intellectual Property Rights.
