Roadworks – Modernization And Rehabilitation Of Road Infrastructure, Public Lighting System And Urban Furniture In The Municipality Of Bucharest. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Estimated For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Respectively The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Can Be Found In The Specifications. Subsequent Execution Contracts Will Be Concluded During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement, Within The Budget Approved By The Contracting Authority. The Frequency And Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded: A) Estimated, 1-4 Subsequent Contracts Per Year, Minimum 1 Subsequent Contract/Quarter, Depending On The Needs And The Approved Budget; Duration Of A Subsequent Contract: Between 3 And 12 Months. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of 10 Economic Operators, And The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded With The Resumption Of Competition Between The Economic Operators Who Signed The Framework Agreement, Under The Conditions Of Art. 118 Para. (1) Lit. B) And Of Art. 119 Of Law No. 98/2016; The Re-Offered Element Is The Price, The New Unit Prices Not Being Able To Exceed The Unit Prices From The Financial Proposals Submitted At The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement. Mention Inserted In This Section To Be Taken Over At The Level Of The Participation Announcement, According To Art. 20 Para. (8) Of H.G. No. 395/2016.
