Overhaul And Refurbishment Work – Technical-Economic Documentation Development Services At The Pt + Dde Stage, Technical Assistance From The Designer, Execution Of Works Within The Project Entitled Energy Efficiency Of The Multipurpose Hall In The Municipality Of Piatra-Neamt. The Realization Of The Object Of The Contract Contributes To The Fulfillment Of The Objectives Of The Contracting Authority Regarding The Modernization And Efficiency Of The Built Public Heritage, The Increase Of The Energy Performance Of Public Buildings And The Provision Of Appropriate Conditions For The Carrying Out Of Sports, Cultural And Social Activities Carried Out Within The Multipurpose Hall In The Municipality Of Piatra Neamț. Through The Implementation Of The Contract, The Aim Is To Develop The Technical Documentation At The Technical Execution Project Phase And To Carry Out The Necessary Works For The Energy Efficiency Of The Existing Construction, In Accordance With The Solutions Approved By The Technical-Economic Documentation And In Compliance With The Applicable Legislation And Technical Regulations. According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Amended By The Governments Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), In Conjunction With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), 20 Days Before The Date Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 30 Days
