The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Collected By The Contractor From The Ordering Party With Code 191212 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11 - Waste From The Shredding Of Large-Sized Waste (Shredded Waste Of Upholstered And Other Furniture). Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Managed: Up To 3,000 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Forecast Quantity And May Be Reduced Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Above Does Not Result In Withdrawal From The Contract Or Change Of Its Terms. If The Ordering Party Uses The Above, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. The Actual Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Minimum Guaranteed Amount Of Waste That The Ordering Party Will Submit For Management As Part Of The Order Execution Is 300 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Actual Amount Of Waste May Be Lower Than The Estimated Value, But Not Less Than The Minimum Amount Indicated Above. The Above Does Not Result In Withdrawal From The Contract Or Change Of Its Terms. If The Ordering Party Uses The Above, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect.
