Retail Trade Services – Gift Cards. The Procurement Includes A Service Concession (Luk) Regarding The Provision, Operation And Management Of A Service For Physical And Digital Gift Cards. A Gift Card Refers To A Voucher With A Predetermined Monetary Value That Can Be Used As A Means Of Payment At A Specified Store, Chain Of Stores, Restaurant Or Other Similar Point Of Purchase. The Term Shop Also Includes Shops That Only Sell Products, Services Or Experiences On The Internet, So-Called Online Shops. See Section 3.2 Offer Of Gift Cards In The Requirements Specification Appendix For More Information On Which Categories Are To Be Covered By The Service.
