The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For Points With Res Installations For The Needs Of The Purchasing Group Of The Tereszpol Municipality For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Tereszpol Commune And The Members Of The Purchasing Group As Well As Their Units Listed In Annex 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure Under An Open Tender. Detailed Information On All Consumption Points Is Included In Annex No. 1. It Will Be The Responsibility Of The Selected Contractor To Notify The Designated Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of The Comprehensive Electricity Supply Agreements Concluded With The Contractor, Including The Sale And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. To Perform The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Appendix No. 5.1 To The Swz). 2.
