The Customers Each Make An Independent Procurement Decision And Sign Their Own Procurement Contracts With The Suppliers Selected Based On The Tender. The Order Of Affordability Is Determined According To The Overall Comparative Value In Appendix 1, The Lowest Comparative Figure Is The Best. Procurements Within The Framework Arrangement Are Made Based On The Order Of Priority. 1. Supplier Means The Supplier Ranked First In Order Of Priority In The Framework Arrangement. 2. Supplier Means The Supplier Ranked Second In Order Of Priority In The Framework Arrangement. 3. Supplier Means The Supplier Ranked Third In Order Of Priority In The Framework Arrangement. As A General Rule, The Customer Places Orders For Delivery From 1. Supplier. The Operating Principle Of The Framework Arrangement Is Described In The Contract In Section 3. The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. Subscribers Have The Right To Extend The Contract For Two (2) Two (2) Year Option Periods (Maximum Of 6 Years In Total).
