Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Sources Of Energy – Kokonniemi Sports Center - Procurement Of The Regional Energy Production System. Porvoos Kokonniemi Sports Park Will Expand Significantly In 2027–2030. A New Ice Rink With Two Rinks, A Multipurpose Arena With Lobby Facilities And A New Heated Artificial Turf Field With Maintenance Buildings Will Be Built In The Area. The Current Ice Rink Will Be Demolished And The Existing Building Base And The Current Heated Artificial Turf Will Remain In The Area. The Customer Acquires A Regional Energy System For The Area Using A Service Model: The Supplier Plans, Invests, Builds, Owns And Operates The Energy Production And The Regional Low-Temperature Network, And Delivers Heat And Cooling To The Areas In The Area With The Offered Service And Energy Fee During The Contract Period. The Suppliers Energy Production System Fully Covers The Areas Heating And Cooling Energy Needs. The Goal Of The Acquisition Is: - A High Share Of Renewable And Locally Produced Energy. Support Heating Type According To The Offerers Proposal. - The Cold Waste Heat From Ice Rinks Is Primarily Used In The Property. It Is Possible For The Supplier To Utilize The Surplus Of Condensate Heat, Which Will Be Specified During The Negotiations. - Predictable And Competitive Life-Cycle Costs For The Customer - Security Of Energy Supply To The Area Being Completed In Stages - Meeting The Rtyl Goals Set For The Project Area - One Responsible Party For The Production Of Heat And Cooling In The Area The Object Of The Procurement Is The Construction Of An Energy System And The Supply Of Thermal Energy To The Customers Locations During The Contract Period: - Ice Rink (Completion 2028) - Lobby And Multi-Purpose Arena (Completion 2030) - Current Heated Artificial Grass Field (Heating Starts In Autumn 2028) Option: The Regional Energy Procurement Package Includes As An Option A New Heated Artificial Grass Field On The South Side Of The Area, With An Area Of Approximately 9,000 M², And A Maintenance Building To Be Built In Connection With The Field Area, With An Area Of Approximately 400 M². If The Customer Adopts The Option, The Supplier Undertakes To Also Implement The Energy Solution For The Artificial Turf Field And The Maintenance Building As Part Of The Regional Energy System. The Supplier Must Take Into Account The Energy Demand Of The Option Items And Their Connectivity To The Energy Solution Already In The Bidding And Dimensioning Phase. The Preliminary Target Schedule For The Option Sites Is As Follows: - The Construction Of The Maintenance Building Will Start In 2027 And The Building Is Supposed To Be Commissioned In 2028. - The Construction Of The Heated Artificial Turf Field Will Start With Preliminary Construction Work In 2027. The Goal Of Commissioning The Field Is The Beginning Of The 2029 Playing Season. The Timetables Are Preliminary And Will Be Specified During The Further Planning Of The Project. The Service Provider Must Prepare To Implement The Energy Solutions Of The Option Items In Accordance With The Target Schedule Described Above. See More Specifically The Procurement Documents.
