The 48 Public Civil Protection Shelters Are Held In The Records Of The Timișoara City Hall And Are Part Of The Public Domain Of The Timișoara Municipality, According To Government Decision No. 977/2002 Regarding The Attestation Of The Public Domain. They Are Listed In The Land Register, Having Been Registered In C.F. Timișoara Municipality – Public Domain, As Owner. This Procurement Aims To Achieve The Multidisciplinary Technical Expertise (Structure, Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations, Technical Installations, Ventilation Installations And Nbc Protection, Fire Safety, Civil Protection, Functionality) Necessary To Identify The Real State Of Constructions, Structural And Installation Deficiencies, Existing Risks, As Well As The Assessment Of The Real Shelter Capacity And The Possibility Of Safe Use In Emergency Situations. At The Same Time, The Acquisition Includes The Development Of The Intervention Works Approval Documentation (Dali), In Accordance With The Provisions Of Government Decision No. 907/2016, Documentation That Will Substantiate The Technical Solutions For Rehabilitation, The Technical-Economic Indicators And The Financing Required For The Completion Of The Works. The Resulting Documentation Will Form The Basis For The Approval Of The Investment, The Programming Of The Intervention Works And The Development Of The Subsequent Stages Of Design And Execution, Contributing To Ensuring The Functionality, Safety And Legal Compliance Of The Civil Protection Shelters Located In The Public Heritage Of The Municipality Of Timișoara
