A Possible Division Of The Order Could Lead To Unjustified Difficulties In Managing Subscriptions, Billing And Handling Manufacturer Support, As Well As Increase The Risk Of Inconsistencies In Terms Of Validity Periods Or The Assignment Of Subscriptions To The Ordering Partys Environment. Moreover, Splitting The Order Would Not Contribute To Increasing The Competitiveness Of The Procedure, Because The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Standard Subscriptions From The Manufacturer Vmware With Predetermined Parameters, And The Contractors Compete Only On The Price For An Identical Product. Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Uniformity, The Manufacturers Requirements Regarding The Licensing Model And The Need To Ensure Coherence And Continuity Of Operation Of The Virtualization Environment, The Ordering Party Decided That Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Unjustified. Refusal To Divide The Contract Into Parts Does Not Deprive Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Of The Opportunity To Participate In The Proceedings. 3.
