Work Detail
Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Repair Of Arcades Building 667 Hahn - Object Planning Of Engineering Structures (According To Part 3 Section 3 Hoai) And Specialist Planning Of Structural Engineering (According To Part 4 Section 1 Hoai). This Is The Planned Concrete Repair Of The Arcades On Building 667 At Hahn Airport. As Part Of The Planning, However, The Fbt Must First Carry Out A Variant Investigation Including A Rough Cost Estimate. It Must Be Checked Whether The Damage Identified Can Be Remedied By Repairing The Existing Arcades Or Whether Alternatively Dismantling The Existing Structure Should Be Considered. Based On The Results Of The Variant Investigation, The Variant Suitable For Further Planning And Implementation Must Be Determined. The Three-Story Office Building Was Built In 1985 In Solid Construction With External, Covered Arcades And Flat Roofs. The Buildings Originally Served As Accommodation For Soldiers Until Around 1995 And Were Then Renovated And Converted Into Office Use. The Lbb Building At Hahn Airport Is Divided Into Three Largely Identical Sub-Buildings A, B And C. Each Sub-Building Is Approx. 22.00 M Long, Approx. 18.00 M Wide And Approx. 10.00 M High At The Verge. Damage To Load-Bearing Components Was Found In Building Parts A, B And C. The Damage Is Particularly Severe In Building Part C. The Main Cause Of Damage Was Found To Be Corrosion Of The Reinforcing Steel Reinforcement. The Arcades Are Designed As Single-Axis Reinforced Concrete Slabs. The Panels Have A Slight, Even Slope Towards The Outside And Have A Brushed Surface. The Top Is Uncoated While The Bottom Is Coated. Reinforced Concrete Edge Beams Serve As Supports And Transfer The Loads To The Supporting Structure Via Rectangular Reinforced Concrete Supports. The Supports Run Across All Floors And Are Coated, As Are The Edge Beams. The Parapets Consist Of Coated Prefabricated Parts That Are Doweled To The Supports. The Supports Have A Rectangular Cross Section Of 24 × 24 Cm And Are Made Of Concrete With Strength Class C25/30. The Investigations Did Not Reveal Any Relevant Chloride Pollution. The Carbonation Depth Is 19 Mm And Is Therefore Below The Existing Concrete Cover Of 40 Mm. Concrete Damage With Exposed And Partially Corroded Reinforcement Was Found Locally. Some Corrosion Occurs In The Area Of The Stirrups, While The Longitudinal Reinforcement Is Only Occasionally Affected. The Reinforced Concrete Beams Have A Cross Section Of 20 × 24 Cm And Are Also Made Of Concrete With Strength Class C25/30. Here Too, No Relevant Chloride Contamination Was Found. The Carbonation Depth Is 18 Mm And Is Therefore Also Below The Concrete Cover Of 40 Mm. Some Signs Of Corrosion Were Found On The Brackets, While The Longitudinal Reinforcement Was Only Occasionally Affected. The Arcades Themselves Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete Slabs Of Strength Class C20/25 With A Slab Thickness Of Approx. 13-15 Cm. The Investigations Showed No Relevant Ch
