Details Regarding The Identification Of The Buildings And Their Surfaces, Expressed In Square Meters, Which Will Be Managed By The Selected Provider (Starting With The Date Of 01.04.2027, Are Those Reproduced In The Annexes To The Specifications. (Annex No. 1 And Annex No. 2). The Main Services To Be Provided, But Not Limited To These, Are The Following And Are Provided In Chapter 3 Of The Terms Of Reference: 1. Utilities Management (Contracts, Costs, Reports) 2. Cleaning Services In Administrative And Energy Buildings 3. Repairs, Maintenance And Inspections Of Administrative And Energy Buildings The Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 7,602,698.85 Lei (Without Vat). The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of The Framework Agreement And Subsequent Contracts Can Be Found In The Booklet Duties, Chapter 3.2. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 48 Months, Starting From 01.04.2027, And Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded With An Annual Frequency.
