The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Procurement Of Support And Consulting Services In Change Management, Change Communication And The Further Development Of The Corporate Culture. The Aim Is To Support Those Responsible Internally In The Planning, Implementation And Further Development Of Measures To Promote A Positive Corporate Culture As Well As In The Professional Support Of Change Projects. The Services Are Accessed Based On Needs; A Specific Period Cannot Be Specified. There Is No Entitlement To Acceptance Of The Service. The Following Order Quantities Per Contract Year Are Assumed: - Order Quantity Per Contract Year: Approx. 160 Person Days. Furthermore, Reference Is Made To The Statements In Appendix 2 To The Contract - Service Description. The Contract Term Begins With The Award Of The Contract No Earlier Than January 19, 2027 And, Unless Terminated Beforehand, Is Initially Twelve Months (Minimum Contract Term). The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Three Times By One Year Each Time (Optional Contract Periods). The Minimum Contract Term Is Automatically Extended By Another Year Unless The Client Terminates The Contract Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Term. The Same Applies To The Other Optional Extensions. The Contract Ends In Any Case When The Maximum Total Order Limit Of Eur 1,000,000.00 Net Is Reached; Eur 1,190,000.00 Gross (Including Optional Services) The Estimated Purchase Quantity Can Be Found In Appendix 3 To The Contract Price Sheet. If The Order Value Is Increased Due To An Order Change During The Contract Term In Accordance With Section 132 Gwb, The Contract Ends When This New Order Value Is Reached. The End Of The Contract Does Not Affect The Contractors Obligation To Provide Services In Accordance With The Contract For Orders Placed During The Contract Period.
