It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Acquisition Of Infrastructure Monitoring And Situational Picture Application. The Department Of Urban Environment (Kymp) Is In The Process Of Purchasing An Application For The Monitoring And Situational Picture Of Infrastructure Construction. The System Is Acquired As A Software Service (Saas). It Supports The Monitoring Of Infrastructure Projects For Streets, Parks And Other Public Areas From Preparation To The End Of The Warranty Period, Especially The Management, Documentation And Communication Of The Project Implementation Phase In Field Conditions. The System Is Used By The Citys Builders And Planners As Well As Contractors And Planning And Control Consultants. There Are Approximately 400 Users In The Target State, And There Are Approximately 200 Projects In The Contract Phase Each Year. The Procurement Includes Software Service Usage Rights, Maintenance And Support, And A Fixed-Price Implementation Project. The Software Service Must Be Submitted For Final Acceptance Testing No Later Than 12 Months After Signing The Contract. In Addition, The Procurement Includes Training, Further Development And Expert Services, Which Can Be Ordered Separately If Necessary. The Contract Is Valid Until Further Notice.
