The Demolition Prepares The Ground For The Construction Of New Lindely Nursing Home, Which Is Offered As A Turnkey Contract In An Independent Tender (Ted 607791-2026). The Plot Is Handed Over To The General Contractor Upon Delivery. The Demolition Includes Approx. 1,980 M² Building Area Incl. Basement Distributed Over Three Addresses, Sankt Lukas Vej 7A, 7B And 7C, As Well As Associated Fortified Areas, Foundations, Ground Cover, Installations And Wiring.
