The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive It Services For The Hospital, Including Ensuring Continuous, Safe And Legal Operation Of The Entire Ict Environment Of The Ordering Party - Hardware And Software Infrastructure And Implemented Field Systems - Along With Their Administration, Implementation, Service, Maintenance And Development Carried Out Within The Scope And On The Principles Specified In This Opz. Continuation Of Changes To The Agreement 3. Changes To The Content Of The Agreement Listed In Section 1 And 2 May Be Accepted By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of A Written Application Submitted By The Contractor To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Application Within 5 Business Days Of Becoming Aware Of The Grounds For Amending The Agreement. 4. The Provisions Of Section 1 Do Not Grant Any Party To The Agreement A Claim To Conclude An Annex To The Agreement. 5. In The Event Of A Change To The Agreement And Resignation From Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Will Be Proportionally Reduced, And The Ordering Party Will Make Payment For The Completed Part Of The Agreement. 6. Any Changes To The Agreement Must Be Made In Writing, Otherwise They Will Be Null And Void. 7. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Contractor Undertakes To Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About A Change Of The Registered Office Or Company Name. 8. Neither Party May Transfer The Receivables Arising From This Agreement To A Third Party Without The Consent Of The Other Party In Writing Under Pain Of Nullity.
