The Seller Must Carry Out The Assignment In Accordance With What Is Stated In The Agreement, The Procurement Documents, Submitted Tenders And Documents In General. The Buyer May Not Be Denied Delivery Of The Products Covered By The Agreement Unless There Are Special Reasons.
