The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Collection Of Municipal Waste Generated In The Andrychów Commune From Owners Of Residential Properties, Properties Where No Residents Live And Real Estate Which Is Partly Real Estate Where Residents Live, And Partly Real Estate Where No Residents Live, And Their Transport To Development Sites; - Provision Of Additional Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Bio-Waste Constituting Parts Of Plants Originating From The Maintenance Of Green Areas And Gardens; - Management Of Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners In The Andrychów Commune. 4.2 The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Attachment Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz Together With The Attachment: 4.2.1 Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments: 4.2.1.1 Description Of The Structure Of Files That Should Participate In The Data Exchange 4.2.1.2 List Of Hard-To-Reach Properties 4.2.1.3 Content Of The Sticker Informing About The Failure Of The Property Owner To Fulfill The Obligation To Selectively Collect Waste 4.2.1.4 Content Of The Sticker Informing About Irregularities Found During Waste Collection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract. The Amounts Of Municipal Waste And The Number Of Bags With Bio-Waste Constituting Parts Of Plants From The Maintenance Of Green Areas And Gardens To Be Collected As Part Of Additional Services, Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Offer Form, I.E. Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Offer Price. They Should Be Treated As Estimates - They May Change Depending On The Actual Amount Of Waste Collected By The Contractor And The Actual Demand For Additional Services. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Waste Between Individual Types Of Waste. The Above Should Be Understood As Increasing The Amount Of One Type Of Waste While Reducing The Amount Of Another Type Of Waste. A Change In The Amount Of Waste Will Not Be Treated As A Change To The Contract If It Does Not Result In Exceeding The Total Maximum Value Of Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. The Above Provisions Apply To Both The Basic And Optional Orders. 10.3. As Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Option Right (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Option) On The Terms And In The Manner Described Below: A) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Commission The Contractor With An Additional Scope Of The Same (Analogous) Services As Those Described In The Swz. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Option May Be Ordered In An Amount That Will Not Exceed 40% Of The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Basic Order Determined In Accordance With § 3 Section 2 Contracts.
