Construction Work – Reconstruction Of The Aabenraa Recycling Site. Arwos Currently Operates A Recycling Site With A Recycling Shop In Aabenraa. Arwos Wants To Create A Future-Proof Recycling Site Where It Is Possible To Develop The Initiatives In The Municipal Waste Plan For Aabenraa Municipality. The Waste Plans Initiatives Are Focused On Circular Economy With More Direct Recycling, Sales In Own Store And Collaborations Around Resources And Partnerships. This Project Is Designated As Conversion Of Aabenraa Recycling Site (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project). The Project Consists Of Rethinking The Recycling Sites Function, Layout And Operation With A View To Establishing A Future-Proof Recycling Site. The Project Is Realized As A Turnkey Contract, Where The Selected Turnkey Contractor Is Responsible For Both Planning And Execution Of The Final Solution. The Client Has Not Determined In Advance The Final Solution Or The Detailed Organization Of The Total Contract. The Tender Is Conducted As A Competitive Dialogue, Cf. §§ 67-72 Of The Tender Act (Legislative Decree 2025-02-03 No. 116). This Means That Only Pre-Qualified Persons Have The Right To Participate In The Dialogue Phase And Submit Any Offers. Any Economic Actor Can Apply To Participate In The Tender, And The Client Assesses The Applicants Suitability For Further Participation In The Tender Process. Competitive Dialogue Gives The Opportunity To Conduct Dialogue With Invited Dialogue Participants In The Dialogue Phase With The Aim Of Being Able To Identify The Solution That Best Meets The Clients Needs, After Which It Is Transferred To An Offer Phase, Which Includes The Actual Submission Of Offers On The Basis Of The Selected Solution(S). The Current Tender Is Thus Divided Into 3 Phases. First, A Prequalification Phase, Which Is Followed By A Dialogue Phase, Which Is Followed By An Offer Phase. The Tender Phase Includes Sending Out The Final Tender Material To All Who Are Pre-Qualified For The Dialogue. The Competitive Dialogue Is Therefore Carried Out With A View To Identifying And Developing The Solutions That Best Support The Projects Objectives Within The Projects Framework. The Descriptive Document Contains Conditions For And Guidance On Applying For Pre-Qualification For Participation In The Dialogue Phase And Submission Of Offers For The Above Tender.
