Engineering Services – New Construction Of A Parking Garage In Adenau (Wimbachstrasse), Lot 3 - Structural Planning Services. The Subject Of This Tender Is Lot 3 - Structural Planning In Service Phases 1-6 In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai (Appendix 14). The Focus Is On The Pre-Dimensioning Of The Supporting Structure; The Final Statics Are Expected To Be Provided By The Construction Company Carrying Out The Work. In Particular, The Slope Location And The Required Retaining Walls/Slope Protection (Possible Reuse Of The Existing Rear Wall) As Well As The Steel And Reinforced Concrete Skeleton Construction Of The Parking Garage, Which Is Intended As A Steel System Construction, Must Be Taken Into Account. The Structural Planning Must Be Closely Coordinated With The Building Object Planning (Lot 1) And The Technical Equipment (Lot 2). The Foundation And Any Necessary Earthworks/Engineering Are Treated As Separate Construction Works And Must Be Taken Into Account And Coordinated In The Planning. A Step-By-Step Commissioning Is Planned: First, The Service Phases 1-4 (Up To Approval Planning) Are Commissioned (Stage 1); Then Optionally The Performance Phases 5-6 (Level 2). There Is No Legal Right To Further Assignment. Time Of Service: The Planning Services Must Be Coordinated With The Buildings Schedule; The Contributions Required For The Design Planning And The Structural Inspection Must Be Provided By The End Of May 2027. The Procurement Process Is Scheduled To Be Completed In 2026. The Client Is Guided By The Hoai 2021; The Contract Regulates Further Details.
