There Is A Need For Various Services, Which Are Advertised In The Form Of A Care Contract, A Service Contract And A Framework Agreement. Due To The Individual Specialist Procedures For The Electronic Commercial And Cooperative Register (Ehug), The Electronic Exchange Of Criminal Information (Esta) And The Use Of The Domea Document Management System, The Bfj Works With The Kofax Standard Scanning Software. Kofax Is Required For The Creation Of Electronic Documents From The Paper-Based Inbox Of Ehug And The Judicial Collection. The Bfj Intends To Continue Using The Software, Which Means That A New Maintenance Contract Will Be Required For Continuous Maintenance From January 1, 2027. For This Purpose, An Evb-It Maintenance Contract Should Be Concluded. A Connector Was Developed To Connect To The Ehug Specialist Procedure. These Three Service Components Should Each Be Provided And Billed As An Annual Flat Rate. The Bfj Also Has A Need For Creation, Development And Other Services. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For This Purpose. Development And Further Development Services Should Be Commissioned For The Existing Ehug Interface And For Any Other New Specialist Processes. To Connect New Specialist Processes, Configuration And Development Services May Need To Be Provided. Other Services Can Be Accessed, Among Other Things, As Consulting Lines, Workshops And/Or As Operational Support, E.G.
