The Customer Plans To Conclude A Value-Based Framework Contract In The Amount Of Huf 774,700,000 + Vat, And Undertakes To Draw 70% Of The Framework Amount. The Planned Quantities Indicated In Annex No. 4 Of The Contract (Price Table) Can Be Carried Over Between Tasks And Between Years, Up To The Limit Amount. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is Technical Engineering Service And Scientific Support For The Annual Update Of The Mvm Paks Nuclear Power Plants Final Safety Report (Vbj) And The Implementation Of The Periodic Safety Review (Ibf) Due In 2027: Nuclear Power Plant Operating A Vver-440 Type Unit - 1/2022 On The Nuclear Safety Requirements Of Nuclear Facilities And Related Official Activity. (Iv. 29.) Oah Decree (Hereinafter: Oah Decree 1/2022. (Iv. 29.) Oah Decree) Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of Volumes 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 And 8 Of The Nuclear Safety Regulations Issued As Annexes To The Decree Based On The Requirements Of Section 37, Paragraph (4) And The Periodic Safety Review According To Section 40 - Comprehensive Development, Updating, And Modification Of The Vbj, As Well As Technical And Documentation Tasks Necessary For The Implementation Of The Ibf And The Preparation Of The Interim Security Report (Ibj) That Closes It. The Vbj Is The Most Important Foundational Document For The Operating Permit, And Plays A Prominent Role In Terms Of Certifying The Safe Operation Of The Facility. Mvm Paksi Atomerömű Zrt. (Mvm Pa Zrt.), As The Licensee Of The Nuclear Facility, Was Granted The 1/2022 (Iv. 29.) According To The Legal Obligation Set Out In Section 37 (4) Of The Oah Decree, The Final Safety Report Must Include A Presentation Of The Transformations Carried Out, The New Official And Regulatory Requirements And Any New Information That May Affect The Safety Analyses. The Update Must Be Carried Out As Soon As Reasonably Possible, As Soon As The New Information Is Available And Can Be Incorporated Into The Final Safety Report. The Final Safety Report Of A Nuclear Facility Is Consolidated Annually In Accordance With Changes In The Nuclear Facility. 1/2022. (Iv. 29.) The Purpose Of The Periodic Safety Review (Ibf) Defined In § 40 Of The Oah Decree Is To Check Whether The Nuclear Facility Is Operating In Accordance With The Basis Of The License. The Periodic Safety Review Is Due For The First Time After Ten Years From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Operating Permit, And Thereafter Every Tenth Year From The Previous Reviews. Tasks Supporting The Updating Of The Vbj And The Completion Of The Ibf - As Well As The Preparation Of The Ibj That Closes It - Can Be Derived From The Legislation And Can Also Be Identified From The Practice Of The Past Years. Part Of The Tasks - Based On The Extent Of The Existing Capacities - Can Be Provided With The Internal Resources Of The Nuclear Power Plant Organization, And Another Part By Using External Engineering-Scientific Services.
