Statutory Audit Services – Appointment Of The Incumbent And Alternate Auditors And The Auditor Of The Semitan Csr Report. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A Contract For Intellectual Auditing Services. The Auditing Services To Be Carried Out By The Holder Concern The Following Areas: - Legal Control And Certification Of Semitans Accounts; - Carrying Out Related, Specific Or Additional Missions Provided For By Regulations Or Requested By Semitan, As And When Required, Within The Framework Of A Purchase Order Section With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 50,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Contract Also Includes A Purchase Order Part Relating To Verification Services Of All Or Part Of The Csr Information, The Scope Of Which May Change Depending On Applicable Legislative And Regulatory Developments. These Missions May, Where Applicable, Include Certification Services When These Are Made Obligatory By Regulations. Semitan May Issue Purchase Orders As And When Required For This Part, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 100,000 Euros Excluding Tax Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract.
