The Order Covers The Provision Of Home Care Services And Specialized Care Services For Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Siemianowice Śląskie 7 Days A Week From 6 A.M. To 9 P.M., Excluding Holidays. In Cases Justified By The Need To Provide Care Services Uninterrupted, These Services May Also Be Provided On Holidays. The Subject Of The Order Includes Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor To The Extent That Does Not Require Specialized Knowledge And Competences And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment, In Accordance With Art. 17 Section 1 Point 11, Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004. On Social Assistance. Specialized Care Services Are Services Tailored To Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability. The Types Of Care Services Are Specified In § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of August 4, 2026. (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1067). The Types Of Specialist Care Services Are Specified In § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy On Specialist Care Services Of September 22, 2005. (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816). The Period In Which The Order Will Be Implemented: From January 1, 2027. Until December 31, 2027 (12 Months). The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) 78,000 Hours Of Care Services (Minimum 46,000 Hours) For Approximately 260 People; B) 2,400 Hours Of Specialized Care Services - For Approximately 4 People. In 2025 Specialist Services Were Granted For A Period Of 5 Months. In 2026, No Specialized Care Services Have Been Awarded To Date. Since This Is The Communes Own Mandatory Task, It Is Necessary To Provide Hours In The Contract. The Number Of People Provided Is An Estimate. The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided May Also Change And Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of The Needs Of The Clients Due To Their Changing Health Condition. It Is Stipulated That Mops Will Not Bear Any Liability If Only Part Of The Above-Mentioned Hours Will Be Implemented. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template. 4.1.5 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Award An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Services Similar To Those Covered By The Basic Order, And To A Contractor Who Will Perform The Basic Order, Which Is Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Order.
