The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Identical Next Generation Firewall Devices With Software And Licenses That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex 1 To The Draft Contract. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver Devices With Software And Licenses To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, 2) Carry Out Implementation Works Of The Delivered Devices, Software And Licenses, 3) Provide Documentation Regarding The Devices, Software And Licenses; 4) Providing Warranty Service Covering The Delivered Devices, Software And Licenses. All Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Contract), With The Exception Of The Requirements Marked As The Subject Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion (Described In Chapter 18 Of The Swz As K2, K3, K4), Constitute Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Within The Following Deadlines: 1) Delivery Of Devices With Software And Licenses, Transfer Of Documentation And Implementation Works - Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, 2) Provision Of Warranty Service - Within 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party Without Any Comments Or Reservations, - In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 4 Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
