Refuse Transport Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Czudec Commune In 2027. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties, The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste In The Czudec Commune And Its Management. Waste Will Be Collected From Approximately 3,700 Properties In The Czudec Commune, Which Currently Has Approximately 10,000 Inhabitants, And Approximately 210 Entities Running Businesses In 8 Villages: Czudec, Przedmieście Czudeckie, Pstrągowa, Pstrągowa Wola, Nowa Wieś, Babica, Wyżne And Zaborów. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts For Similar Services To The Existing Contractor Within A Period Of 3 Years From The Award Of The Basic Contract Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 In Connection With Art. 305 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Include Social, Environmental Or Labeling Aspects In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
