The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision, For A Period Of 48 (Forty-Eight) Months, Of The Possibility Of Electronic Charging Of Passengers In The Public Transport Serviced By The Contracting Authority. This Capability Is Provided Through The Analysis, Implementation, Commissioning And Provision On The Software As A Service (Saas) Model, For A Monthly Subscription Fee, Of A Complete Solution Based On Passenger Profiles - A Set Of A Central Platform For Managing Passenger Profiles, Products And Tariffs, Sales And Service Channels, An Onboard Environment For Validation And Control And Related Operational Services. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented Through The Following Main Activities: Activity 1. Business Analysis - Analysis Of Current Processes (Sales, Validation, Tariffs, Reporting), Of Stakeholders And Data Availability, And Preparation Of A Business Analysis Report, The Approval Of Which Is A Condition For Configuring The Decision Under Activity 2; Activity 2. Configuration And Implementation Of The Solution Based On Passenger Profiles And Of The Central Management Component - Management Of Profiles And Carriers, Product And Tariff Catalog, All Transport Documents And Preferential Categories According To The Regulation (With The Exceptions Of Item 1.4 Of The Technical Specification), Tariff Calculation, Sales Channels And Fiscalization In The Iasutd Mode; Activity 3. Provision Of On-Board Hardware And Integration - Provision, As Part Of The Service, Of A Central On-Board Computer For Each Vehicle And Of The Equipment For Cash Desks Determined In The Business Analysis, Integration With Existing Validators And Control Devices, Provision Of Data From Gps Positioning, Validation And Control, As Well As Standardized External Interfaces; Activity 4. Training Of Employees - Conducting Trainings For The Employers Personnel On Site And In Bulgarian; Activity 5. Provision Of Services (Saas Model) For The Duration Of The Contract - Provision Of Server Infrastructure And Operation, Monitoring And Analytics Of Transport, Passenger Information, Reports, Support (Help Desk), Included Extensions And Reflection Of Regulatory Changes, And Continuous Data Submission To The National Access Point.
