In The Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Established, To Which A Maximum Of Five (5) Suppliers Who Have Made The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Selected, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Eligibility Criteria Or Acceptable Offers.
