The Offer Must Be Submitted By The Participant For The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of Vř.The Contracting Authority, After The Evaluation And Conclusion Of This Vř, Will Implement A Tender Procedure For The Supplier Of The Construction Part Of The Contract In The Form Of A Public Contract. The Selected Supplier Of The Technological Part Of The Contract According To This R&D, As An Integral Part Of Its Contract, Will Create For The Contracting Authority A Complete Requirement For The Spatial Distribution Of Individual Parts Of The Technological Unit For The Construction Of A New Building In Which The Technology That Is The Subject Of This R&D Will Be Located. The Client Hands Over The Technology Layout Created In This Way To The Designer, Who Creates A Construction Project For The New Building. Using The Project Created In This Way, The Aforementioned Public Order For The Construction Contractor Will Be Implemented.The Contracting Authority Requires That The Participant In The Tender Procedure Guarantees In Its Offer That It Will Provide The Winning Bidder For The Construction Part Of The Contract With All Necessary And Necessary Cooperation For The Implementation Of The Contract As A Whole.
