Transportation Of Materials Deposited At The Transfer Station To The Processing Plant. 3. Operation Of The Processing Plant. 4. Disposal Of The Processed Material Optional Site Visit Requests Deadline October 8, 2026, 2:00 P.M. Proponents May Submit A Request For A Site Visit Appointment To Inspect The Yard And Garden Transfer Station Facility (605 Canteen Road) Prior To Submitting Their Final Proposal. While Attendance Is Optional, Proponents Are Strongly Encouraged To Visit The Site To Familiarize Themselves With The Operational Layout, Equipment Spacing, Traffic Flow, And Existing Site Conditions.
