Through This Request For Proposals, The City Of Penticton Invites Proposals For The Supply Of New Digital Technology And Implementation And Support Services For The Institution Of A Scada Integrated Digital Mimic Software Solution. The City’S Energy And Environment Department Is Requiring An Update To Its Existing Paper-Based Electrical Mimic Board, With The Goal Of Acquiring The Ability To Manipulate And Track The Status Of The Electrical Distribution System, Safely Take Out Guarantees Of Non-Reclose (Gnr) And Guarantees Of Isolation (Goi), And Carry Out Switching Procedures. Anticipated Go-Live Of The New System Is By December 31St, 2027. Timing Of The System Implementation Will Be Subject To The Date Of Contract Execution.
