The Subject Of Procurement Is The Service Of Expert Supervision Over The Execution Of Structural, Integral And Non-Structural Renovation Works Of 13 Earthquake-Damaged Buildings In Zagreb - Block Svačić As Regulated By The Law On Reconstruction, The Program Of Measures, The Law On Construction And Related Regulations Governing Reconstruction As Well As The Regulations Governing The Performance Of Work And Activities Of Spatial Planning And Construction And Any Subsequent Amendments And Additions To Those Regulations. All The Buildings In Question Are Located In The Area Of ​​The Cultural Property - Historic Urban Complex Of The City Of Zagreb, Registered In The Register Of Cultural Properties Of The Republic Of Croatia Under Number Z-1525.
