The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Active Electricity For The Needs Of The Operation Of Real Estate Used By Entities Without Legal Personality And Real Estate Under The Direct Management Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Quality Standards Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law, And Issued On Its Basis Implementing Acts. 2. The Estimated Volume Of Electricity Consumption Is 2,827.072 Mwh, For 58 Energy Consumption Points, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppe, Owned By The Ordering Party, Specified In The Annexes To This Tor, Divided Into Tariff Groups. The Ordering Party Declares That It Is An End User Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law, Which Means That The Electricity Purchased From The Contractor Is Intended Solely For Its Own Needs Unrelated To The Activities Of Electricity Trading Or Electricity Distribution. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Detailed Information Regarding Individual Ppes Is Set Out In Annex 1.1. And 1.2 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Estimated Volume Of Electricity Consumption Given In Section 2 Is An Estimated Value And Is Used To Calculate The Offer Price And Compare Them. The Data Included In Annex No. 1.2 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Estimated Electricity Consumption Were Prepared Based On The Historical Profile Of Electricity Consumption And The Currently Available Tariff Groups. Settlement Will Be Based On The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumed In Individual Ppes And The Unit Prices Given In The Contractors Offer. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Electricity Actually Delivered During The Term Of The Contract In Terms Of The Forecast Volume Of Electricity [Mwh] In Individual Tariff Groups, Specified In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Any Change In The Estimated Volume Of Electricity By The Ordering Party Will Not Result In Additional Costs On The Part Of The Contractor, Which The Entitled Person Will Claim From The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Electricity According To The Unit Prices Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form. For This Reason, The Contractor Will Not Have Any Additional Claims Against The Ordering Party Apart From The Remuneration Specified In The Contract. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Reduction In The Amount Of Actual Electricity Consumption Cannot Be Greater Than 20% Of The Planned Consumption. 6. This Order Does Not Include Electricity Distribution Services. 7. For All Ppes, This Is Another Change Of Supplier And The Ordering Party Has Concluded Electricity Distribution Agreements For An Indefinite Period, With The Exception Of Ppes To Which
