When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. In Such A Case, None Of The Parties (The Municipality Of Gabrovo And The Contractor) Owes Compensation For Damages Or Lost Benefits To The Other Party. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated.
