The Subject Of The Tender From Oberösterreichische Gesundheitholding Gmbh And Kepler Universitätsklinikum Gmbh Is The Delivery Of A Point-Of-Care Testing (Poct) System For Measuring Human Blood Sugar Concentrations. The Poct System Must Be Ce Marked (I.E. Ivdr). The Poct System For Measuring Blood Sugar Concentrations Is To Be Used In All 8 Hospitals (5 Hospitals) Of The Oberösterreichische Gesundheitholding Gmbh And The Kepler Universitätsklinikum Gmbh. The State Nursing And Care Centers Gmbh Is Also Optionally Taken Into Account. The Amount Offered Must Cover All Items Mentioned In The Subject Of The Tender: • Professional Blood Glucose Meters Intended For Use In Hospitals; • Test Strips; • Poct Management Software (“Middleware”) For Central Data Management; • Internal Quality Controls A Total Of Around 486,000 Blood Sugar Measurements Are Expected Each Year. Blood Glucose Measurements Are Carried Out Around The Clock, 365 Days A Year. The Price Offered By The Bidder Must Be Based Exclusively On The Test Strips. All Additional Components Of The Poct System (I.E. The Blood Glucose Meters, The Software For Central Data Management And The Quality Controls) Must Be Delivered And Maintained By The Contractor Without Incurring Additional Costs For The Client. The Bidder Must Offer Poct Systems Of The Same Manufacturer And Type For All Locations (Different Device Types At The Locations Are Not Permitted). The Aim Is To Fully Implement The Services For All Locations, Including The Kepler University Hospital, By December 31, 2027 At The Latest, As Follows: Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Schärding, Vöcklabruck, Kirchdorf, Steyr, Freistadt, Rohrbach, Kepler University Hospital (Mc3, Mc4, Nmc). If An Additional Device Or System Is Required To Process The Required Parameters, This Must Be Offered.
