On The Site Of The Former Transmitter Facility On The Outskirts Of Jülich And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Aachen University Of Applied Sciences Campus, A Science Park And Innovative Commercial Area With Around 52 Hectares Of Area Are Currently Being Built (Hereinafter: “Brainergy Park Jülich”). The Client Is Responsible For Supplying The Properties In Brainergy Park With Heat. The Buildings Are To Be Supplied With Heat Via An Almost Co₂-Neutral District Heating System. This Water-Filled Lowex Network Is Powered By A Central Energy Center That Provides Cooling In Summer And Heat In Winter. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is A Contract For The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Support Of Heat And Cold Storage Systems.
